This role involves working closely with Everflow’s SVP of Marketing, with a strong preference towards candidates able to visit our Oakland office once a week
Job Description
Product Success Manager will be responsible for driving adoption and usage of new and existing products and features across multiple business units, teams and markets across Everflow’s customer base. This role requires being detail oriented and a quick thinker in addition to strategic depth and understanding of the product, operations and business aspects of the performance marketing industry.
Responsibilities
Build and deliver Value Proposition: Help in building and delivering the specific value proposition associated with Everflow’s products to ensure that each cohort of Everflow customers can maximize their investment in the platform.
Formally establish and execute the Build-Measure-Learn process within Everflow. This involves working cross functionally within the organization to create the process, build the instrumentation dashboards and execute the cycle to enable fast iteration that deepens the product market fit and helps drive the company’s KPI goals.
Become the subject matter expert that acts as a strategic advisor for customers. This called for a deep understanding of each customer cohort’s requirements and creating a plan to ensure the Everflow can deliver maximum value through consultative advice, training, business reviews and optimized configuration.
Consolidate, manage and help deliver the customer facing content including but not limited to videos, product newsletters and training seminars.
Engage and collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to identify, qualify and escalate market requirements.
Work in close coordination with the partnership teams to verify partner quality and customer outcomes to communicate with leadership.
Act as the voice of our customers, conveying needs and issues internally across various departments.
Prioritize input from customers, Sales, and partners to Product Management to ensure customer feedback is fully represented in our Go-To-Market processes and product roadmap.

OTE $70,000 - $90,000
